- Keepers and pets coexist
Keepers live at the dog house premises
For a dog accustomed to sharing everyday life at home, Plymouth Pet Care offers boarding within a family environment. Dog daycare and a dog-walking service are also available, allowing owners to consider care for a daytime absence as well as an overnight stay. Cats can board here too, so the service caters for households with either species.
Based in Plymouth, Devon, it belongs to a city shaped by both seafaring and reconstruction. The Mayflower sailed from Plymouth towards America in 1620, while the city centre’s post-war buildings reflect rebuilding after Second World War bombing. Beyond that urban history, Plymouth’s northwestern boundary takes in part of the protected Tamar–Tavy estuary, which continues into the surrounding area.
The keepers live on site, and feeding is provided for dogs and cats. For feline guests, toys, scratching equipment, platforms, ropes and tunnels offer ways to play and explore during a boarding stay. Heating and summer air conditioning are also among the accommodation facilities for both species.
