For a cat staying away from home, the accommodation is often the first thing an owner wants to picture. White Whiskers Boarding Cattery offers spacious, heated chalets for cats, giving you a more concrete starting point than the word “boarding” alone.
The cattery is in Kingswood, a Gloucestershire parish in the Stroud area near Wotton-under-Edge. Kingswood’s documented history reaches back to the founding of a Cistercian abbey in the twelfth century. It also has an unusual former boundary: until 1845, it belonged to Wiltshire despite being surrounded by Gloucestershire.
