The kennels are brick-built, wth large indoor resting areas and outside covered runs. Beds and bedding are supplied, as well as water and feeding bowls. The cost of veterinary insurance is included in the price of the stay.
The cattery consists of four hotels: The Ritz, The Savoy, The Carlton, and The Hilton. The Ritz and Savoy are indoor cat units, whilst The Cartlon and The Hilton have secure individual outside covered runs with separate indoor sleeping quarters. Each chalet is insulated and fitted with shelves to allow cats to climb and exercise. The rooms are spacious, and have light and heating. Each hotel looks out onto the beautiful grounds.
