An individual covered outdoor run adjoins each kennel at Sunrise Boarding Kennels. The sleeping areas are insulated and fitted with wall-mounted panel heaters, and two extra-large units are intended for giant breeds or dogs staying as a family. The routine includes an individual walk for each dog before breakfast and another before lunch; food is also provided during boarding.
Sunrise is in Wyboston, a low-lying Bedfordshire locality near a river with deposits of sand, gravel, clay and silt. The local subsurface includes Oxford Clay, formed in shallow Jurassic seas. Wyboston also appears in the Domesday Book of 1086.
