West Devon is a predominantly rural district north of Plymouth, with Cornwall along its western border. Dartmoor National Park covers a substantial part of the district, while Tavistock and Okehampton lie at the moor’s western and northern edges respectively. That wider West Devon setting is the locality for Oakwood, a family-owned dog boarding and daycare business.
For a dog staying at Oakwood Kennels, the accommodation is heated kennels with outdoor runs. Dogs receive two walks a day, giving owners a picture of the routine as well as the kennel space. Daycare offers a separate option for those looking for care during the day.
