An individual covered exercise run is attached to each kennel at Churchill Boarding Kennels in Lanner. Dogs can also exercise in a large field twice a day. The purpose-built kennel block has central heating and admits natural light, while the family-owned business accommodates different diets. The keepers live on the premises.
Lanner lies near Carn Marth in a part of Cornwall where mining history remains visible in the landscape. The hill has traces of older burial mounds and a granite quarry dating from the 1880s. Remains of mines and processing works are also part of the area’s heritage.
