Rockmeadow — Boarding Kennel

For owners balancing a longer stay with a daytime option, Rockmeadow offers boarding for dogs and cats as well as doggy day care. Animals board individually. Dogs are exercised at least twice a day during a stay, either in an enclosed paddock or on the lead; walking and grooming services are also offered. The facility has CCTV and fire alarms, with a vet on call.

Rockmeadow is in Cambridge, a city whose early development was shaped by a crossing of the River Cam. The river remains part of the city’s landscape, notably at The Backs, the green riverside strip behind colleges on its western bank. Castle Hill adds another layer to the city’s history, having been the site of Roman Duroliponte and, later, an eleventh-century Norman castle.
