Carlton Cattery was established in 199, as a family-run business. The cattery is purpose-built based on the guidelines from the Feline Advisory Bureau.
All the cat accommodation entails individual, external, heated chalets that provide shelter and play areas for cats to relax and enjoy. Heating is provided by infra-red dull emitters, which are thermostatically controlled. There are also gaps between the chalets to avoid contact.
The chalets for 1 or 2 cats measure 4 x 4ft, with runs that are 4 x 6ft. There are also chalets for families that measure 4 x 5ft, with runs that are 5 x 6ft.
Carlton Cattery supplies cat food, and caters for special diets.
Carlton Cattery is fully licensed by Basingstoke and Dean Borough Council.

The pet must bring the updated official veterinary card.
Vaccination
The pet must have up-to-date vaccination as established in the applicable legislation and among them canine infectious tracheobronchitis (ICT) is mandatory.
